Recipes to Famous Restaurants

I have also found this interesting as I was surfing the web. It's a number of books featuring the recipes of our favorite restaurants here in New York. It's just priced at $30 so I said what the heck, I'll give it a try.

It's interesting, as they give you all sorts of other freebies. But the real juice is the secret recipes. You'll be surprised that some of them do not sound very hard to prepare at all. Of course most of it are from famous fast foods and food chains, so you cannot expect much gourmet preparation. But it's still interesting. I have learned that no matter how good the recipe is, what matters most is the skill of who prepares it, the passion that is injected with the ingredients. And sometimes improvisation leads to better results!
If you want to try out the book (heck it's just $30 anyway), you can buy it only here at Filipino Cuisine in New York!:
