Kosher salt and pepper
or you can try this:
- preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- rub salmon with salt and pepper.
- saute onions, tomatoes, garlic until soft. turn off the heat and add the basil.
- place salmon skin side down on a non-stick baking dish.
- pour the sauteed onions, etc.
- bake until salmon is cooked through about 12 to 15 min.
- before serving...squeeze on lemon juice.
- enjoy to the max...

I think i just might try doing this. I've been wanting to prepare salmon at home. I love salmon, i can eat it raw, smoked, baked, etc. It's rich in Omega 3 that's good for the heart and is known to lower bad cholesterol. It's also a very good source of protein esp for those who are advised against eating meat.
