to almost all of my clients. And this is what they all say: Its dynamite!
ingredients 1/2 lb pork loin cut into bite size
1/2 lb chicken cutlets cut into bite size
1/4 c distilled vinegar
2 tbsp lite soy sauce
2 pcs bay leaves
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tbsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup crushed garlic
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil; this is what I used for this (click photo to buy):
directions- season with salt pork and chicken. marinade with vinegar, soy sauce and 1/2 garlic.
- add bay leaves and oregano.set aside for 20 minutes.
- in a dutch oven, put olive oil and saute the remaining garlic until golden brown.
- add pork and chicken. set aside the sauce.
- simmer and cover for 20 min.
- add the sauce and paprika and simmer for another 10 min.
- serve hot with brown rice and enjoy to the max.
