The Finest Baked Ham with Pineapple and Cherries


ingredients
1 fully cooked smoked ham (14-16 lbs)
6 garlic, peeled
1 c light brown sugar
zest of one lemon
1/2 c pineapple juice
1 c pineapple chunks
1 small can of cherries drained
directions
  • pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  • in a food processor mince the garlic. add sugar, zest and pineapple juice. process until smooth.
  • pour the glaze over the ham and bake for one hour or until the glaze is well browned
  • garnish with pineapple chunks and cherries.
