- season chicken with salt and pepper
- in a medium saucepan, brown chicken with olive oil about five minutes each side
- scoop out chicken from the pan and set aside
- on the same pan, saute garlic and onion until soft.
- add tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes
- add sun dried tomatoes, chicken, asparagus and chicken broth
- simmer for 10 minutes or until asparagus is cooked
- turn off heat and add basil leaves
- arrange in a dish. just before serving squeeze in lemon juiceserve with rice or pasta.

1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 med onion sliced
1 large vine tomatoes
1/2 c sun dried tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c fresh basil leaves chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
