
ingredients
1 package of any pasta of your choice
1 bunch of fresh baby spinach (about 1 lb)
1 bunch of kale, roughly chopped
4 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
1 lb red and yellow cherry tomatoes
8 oz block of feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp butter
juice and zest of one lemon
directions
- cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
 - in a big skillet, cook garlic with butter over medium high heat. keep an eye on the garlic so as not to burn...
 - add kale and spinach until wilted. add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
 - turn the heat off and immediately add the zest and lemon juice.
 - toss pasta and sprinkle with feta cheese.
 - serve immediately.
